Over the past several decades, Creed has devoted many thousands of hours to researching human potential, both in body and in mind. It is his passion, his identity.
He is also an avid practitioner of his craft and loves to test his mental and physical abilities in a never-ending quest for personal transformation. A significant part of his passion lies in sharing his knowledge with men willing to take action toward improved health and fitness peak performance.
Yet, it wasn’t always an upward trajectory of self-improvement. Like other men, Creed has had his fair share of pity parties and self-sabotaging behaviors.
At one point, during his 30s, after a particularly difficult period in his life, he skipped out on regular exercise, routinely indulged in comfort foods, and allowed himself to become tired and fat.
“Fortunately, this was a temporary setback. I eventually reached a point where I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired and decided to apply the principles I had learned to restore my health and transform myself back into the fit and healthy man I once was.
“The experience, while far from positive, gave me a personal understanding of the kinds of inner challenges that obese men go through. This perspective provided a template for duplicatable transformational success, one that teaches other men the same mental secrets and health and fitness strategies I used to transform my own life.
“For men who have hired personal trainers, it’s quite common for them to feel that their problems are misunderstood. They don’t feel that the typical young and fit trainer can truly understand what it’s like to struggle through obesity, brain fog, low T, chronic injuries, and all the shame that comes with all that.
“But I understand what it’s like to be in that dark place. Because I’ve been there. Because it takes one to know one.
“And when it comes to men’s health, how many doctors and consultants actually live by the healthy lifestyle disciplines they recommend to their clients? Most of them are in the same rough shape as their clients.
“I have struggled as a man with a buttload of health problems, but I’ve also found the secret formula for overcoming them. And THAT is why I have devoted myself to helping YOU to do the same.”

Now in her 50s, Dr. Catherine Divingian (“Dr. D”) has become the consummate hybrid athlete, a fitness model, a US Army Reserve medical doctor, and a physician of men’s health. With training in emergency and internal medicine, pharmaceutical sciences, and health psychology, these are accomplishments she never would have dreamed could ever become her reality.
She has performed weighted pull-ups (strict form using a 45-pound plate), one-arm push-ups, 520-lb leg presses, and other feats of strength. In addition to her running regime, she regularly conducts several miles of rucking—up and down hilly trails—wearing a heavy rucksack, which she also accomplished for a 26.2-mile marathon. She is incredibly conditioned with a resting heart rate in the 40s. Yet, it is where she came from that is far more remarkable.
In her youth, Dr. D battled anorexia and malnutrition, setting the stage for osteoporosis, which she confirmed through a Navy DEXA scan. Her relentless pursuit of fitness, despite these challenges, led to a laundry list of injuries, including osteoarthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, degenerative disc disease, and chondromalacia (knee degeneration).
Adding insult to injury, she battled chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), sleeping an astonishing 10-plus hours each day while still feeling utterly drained. Over time, her health conditions got so bad, she eventually resigned to life in a wheelchair, with a shoebox full of medications and a grim outlook.
But then came a pivotal moment. Deep within her frail and sickly body, a sleeping giant awoke that refused to surrender. She flipped a mental switch, challenging the self-imposed limitations that had held her captive. This awakening sparked a series of transformative shifts that she leveraged to break free from medications and defy her seemingly “irreversible” conditions.
“When I was in that wheelchair . . . when I was at my worst, I never took any photos. I never wanted anyone to ever remember me like that. So, I’m sorry to say, I don’t have the most miserable looking before-photo to show you. But I did the next best thing: I eventually did end up taking a before-photo of me, that same image you see here, around the time I decided to take up bodybuilding.”
After years of relentless dedication, Dr. D’s dream became reality. She stood on a bodybuilding stage, securing 3rd place in her debut competition, earning a bronze trophy that symbolized a victory far beyond rankings. She continued to thrive, clinching 3rd place in the prestigious Lenda Murray Classic, becoming nationally ranked in bodybuilding. Her journey expanded into fitness modeling, which she continues even now into her 50s, as evidenced by the 2023 photo of her throat-punching poor Bob.
Since her transformation, Dr. D has performed weighted pull-ups (strict form using a 45-pound plate), one-arm push-ups, 520-lb leg presses, and other feats of strength. In addition to her running regime, she regularly conducts several miles of rucking—up and down hilly trails—wearing a heavy rucksack, which she also accomplished for a 26.2-mile marathon.
“Before I made the change, I believed that it was all downhill from there. I truly was convinced that the best years of my life were behind me. At the time, I had to shatter boundaries and implement methods that would one day open my life to new possibilities of health, vitality, and strength. The transformation was truly nothing less than a miracle.
“And now . . . I have made it my mission to help you to experience your own transformation story.”

The following US Marine Corps veteran (who prefers to remain anonymous for security reasons) served in the 2nd Marine Division, both in infantry and within the 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion. He now works as a postdoctoral researcher within the energy science and nuclear engineering sectors:
“I’ve known Creed for over 20 years now, and he is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health and physical fitness. He was also instrumental in getting me physically and mentally ready for the Marine Recon special operations unit screening test, and I could not have passed it without his rigorous training regimen.”

Reid Tillery has been a dedicated entrepreneurial consultant within the telecommunications field. Although he had always maintained a certain level of fitness through martial arts, orienteering, rucking, and his volunteer activities as a firefighter, like many business-minded go-getters, Reid found himself neglecting his diet and health.
After we laid out a proven strategy to completely retcon his lifestyle choices surrounding exercise, diet, supplementation, sleep, and home environment, Reid’s cardiovascular and hormonal biomarkers vastly improved, which essentially turned back the hands of time. Today, Reid has an unstoppable and active lifestyle that is the envy of men a third his age.
“To Whom it May Concern:
“Recently, I consulted with Darius Creed about diet and exercise. He also consulted with me on how to put on muscle weight using body-weight exercises.
“Long story short, I’ve lost 24 pounds since December of last year (down from 189 to 165). I’m gaining muscle strength and tautness. Plus, I’m down to only one blood-pressure medication, successfully dropping one medication after my weight loss.
“I’ll be 70 years old in a few days, and Creed’s advice let me know I was doing the right thing, and on the right track. My blood work and improving fitness level shows that to be the case.
“When it comes to fitness, Creed knows his stuff, which is why I consulted with him in the first place. I would never have done so, had I not had confidence in his knowledge.”
